Summer Schools – Costumes, Lights, Action!

Commonly known as the best week of the summer holidays, the students are instantly engaged with casting, rehearsing and finally performing the songs, dances and drama that they have learned throughout the week.

The students work hard each day, learning new skills, developing existing ones, whilst strengthening and creating friendships.

Summer School

This year the Summer School production will be a compilation of shows like Les Miserables, Annie, Spamalot, Madagascar, The Addams Family and much more! It is packed with great songs and dances and some hilarious scenes. Rehearsals will start on the Monday morning and by Friday at 5pm we will have a brilliant show to present to the families and friends of the cast.

Summer School     1st - 5th August 2022

The Roper Theatre, Hayesfield School, Upper Oldfield Park, Bath, BA2 3LA

Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm,

Friday 9am to 6pm

Performance Friday 5pm, tickets for the performance are free. Tickets will be released closer to the time.

Places are limited, £160 per child, additional siblings 30% discount

Don't forget.......

You will need to bring plenty to eat and drink.

You will need to wear clothes suitable for lots of movement – so jeans and skirts are not permitted. Jazz shoes are preferable, but light weight trainers or pumps will be fine – just don’t wear flip flops, sandals or boots as you can’t dance in them!

We will provide as much costume as we can, but you may be asked to provide simple everyday items.
